A very nice place, which was built for the Landesgartenschau in Lahr. Here you will find a drinking water well, restaurants, toilets and a lot of fun for the whole family. It is to be hoped that the city of Lahr will continue to promote this place.

Beautiful view over the lake with a cool breeze blowing towards us. All the cakes and drinks where delicious and the waiter spoke perfect English to us and made sure we where comfy and not to hot she even put up a parasol to block the sun and gave us some cool water as a thank you for the tip

May 1st, nice weather After the bike ride we wanted to have a drink (2 people). Although not much was going on and some tables were free, we had to wait a good 25 minutes until we finally saw our waiters and take our order. After 39 minutes it was time, we got 2 beers !!! I do not know why, but you can only order from one person. Otherwise it's a great atmosphere. I would like to go there more often. Next time I take a bottle of water, so I do not thirst, before I get something to drink :-)

Haus am See in Lahr Black Forest is a beautiful spot where you can relax on the artificial lake, meet friends and family and enjoy the sun or even take a bath. On the grounds there is a restaurant "Megusta" where you can eat and drink from Wednesday to Sunday 11-21: 30 clock, on Saturday breakfast buffet from 10-14 clock and on Sundays you can industries 10-14: 30 clock.

A Paradies for kids and adults.lots of playgrounds . Music almost daily. and many .activites,highly recommended.Been there three times and still haven't seen it all.What a great job the city of Lahr has done.
